Why invite team members?
By adding colleagues as team members, you don't have to do everything yourself and you no longer share a single login. Everyone works with their own account, so you can always see who changed what.
On top of that, you decide per team member what they're allowed to do. For example, you can give a bar staff member access to the Point of Sale only, while a manager can also access transactions and invoices. And because team members can sign up for notifications, multiple colleagues receive an alert at the same time when a guest asks for help. Handy during busy moments.
Step 1. Open Organisations
In the menu bar on the left, click Organisations and open the organisation you want to add a team member to.
Step 2. Go to the Team members card
Scroll to the Team members card and click the orange plus button in the top right of the card.
Step 3. Invite your colleague
Enter your colleague's email address and click Invite team member.
Your colleague will then receive an email they can use to set a password and log in straight away.
Step 4. Set the right permissions
As the administrator (owner role), you decide what your team member has access to and what they're allowed to do within the environment. Set this through the role you assign to the team member.
Tip: only give team members access to what they need. That keeps the environment clear and secure.
