Daily maintenance of the tap system

Daily maintenance helps prevent:

  • malfunctions

  • unpleasant smells

  • fruit flies

  • quality issues

Daily cleaning

1. Clean the drip tray

  • Use warm water and soda

  • Brush the edges and drain

  • Rinse with clean water

2. Empty the jerrycan

  • Empty it daily

  • Rinse it

  • Leave it to dry

3. Clean the tap points

  • Wipe with a clean cloth

  • Also clean the worktop

4. Clean the tap screen

  • Use a slightly damp cloth

  • Do not use aggressive cleaning products

Daily checks

  • No leaks at hoses and couplings

  • CO2 bottle is standing securely

  • Pressure is stable

  • Cooling is working normally

When in doubt

Dispense a small amount:

  • Flows properly → OK

  • Sputters → possible air or another issue

End-of-day checklist

  • Everything is clean and dry

  • No spilled drinks

  • System set to “normal via POS”

  • Issues have been reported

Common mistakes

  • Not emptying the jerrycan → fruit flies

  • Not cleaning the drip tray → blockages

  • Ignoring small leaks
