Manage your user account
Under My User, you can manage your personal account details and notification preferences.
User details
In the User section you can update:
- Name : Change your name.
- Email address : Update your account email address.
- New password : Set a new password.
- Confirm password : Confirm your new password.
Click ✓ to save your changes.
Notification settings
In the Notifications section you can choose how you would like to receive notifications.
Available options:
- Telegram ID : Enter your personal Telegram ID or a group ID to receive Telegram notifications.
- Support request : Receive a notification when a support request is created.
- POS/Pin/Vendingbox offline : Receive a notification when a Point of Sale, payment terminal or Vendingbox goes offline.
For each notification you can choose:
- Email
- Telegram
Tip: You can enable both email and Telegram notifications at the same time.
